EB-5 Immigration Program Overview
In return for permanent U.S. residence, the Employment-Based Immigration Fifth
enables foreign nationals (their spouses and unmarried children under 21) to invest
in new commercial enterprises that create local jobs, while satisfying particular

or under certain conditions a $500,000, investment in a new commercial
in the U.S. that creates or preserves 10 permanent full-time jobs for qualified U.S.
within two years.

be approved by USCIS or an authorized regional center.
